Stick-Work Saturday

Join us at Pelican Park, Silver Fields on Saturday mornings, weather permitting, to get some stick-work in!

These sessions are for all ages of our lacrosse players, times for each age group are:

09:00-10:30 - Girls HS, Boys 7/8, Boys 5/6
10:30-11:30 - Girls 3/4 & 5/6, Boys 3/4*, K-2**

Bring your pinnies, if you don't have one, we will have them to use at each session.

*For 3/4 players needing equipment - be sure you are registered for spring, let me know when you are coming, and we'll bring equipment (helmet, pads, stick) to the session. We will collect a $75 deposit for gear (check pls) prior to issue.
**We will have sticks and soft balls for K-2 players to use at the sessions.

Feel free to bring a friend or neighbor if they would like to give it a try!

COVID note: as always, pls do not come if your player / family are experiencing symptoms or have been exposed in last 14 days.
